About this job
Requirements:
- Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in sales / customer service / consultancy
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Able to explain services clearly and handle client objections professionally
- Good command of English & Malay ;Mandarin-speaking is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- High initiative, motivated, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
- Able to work independently and manage multiple clients at once
- Basic computer skills (Whats App, Microsoft Office, online forms)
- Candidates with CEI ( KAH /Basic) certification will have an added advantage
- Training will be provided for candidates without EA industry experience
- Able to commence work after the Chinese New Year period
