Centre Administrator (Preschool / Tengah) [EL]

Role Summary

Reporting to the School Head, the Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting enrolment, sales, administrative, and operational functions. The role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the learning centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrolment by promoting courses and converting customer enquiries into registrations.
• Conduct daily prospecting and support centre marketing initiatives.
• Manage cashiering functions, including payment processing, banking, and accounts follow-up.
• Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
• Maintain accurate student records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate daily centre operations, ensuring facilities, classrooms, and equipment are well maintained.
• Monitor inventory and manage the sale of educational materials.
• Support school events, surveys, promotional activities, and administrative functions.
