Marketing Executive (Lead Generation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven marketing professional to lead B2B marketing and lead generation initiatives. Working closely with the sales team, you will drive marketing campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and generate quality leads that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Identify and research new market opportunities and industry segments.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM database to support marketing initiatives.
• Engage customers via phone, email, and meetings to understand their needs.
• Analyse marketing and sales data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the sales team with marketing and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology, engineering, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and CRM.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
