Engineering Assistant – Root Cause Analysis (Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product failure analysis on warranty returns, assembly plant returns, and line pulls.

• Diagnose low test yield issues and identify root causes accurately and efficiently.

• Verify and analyze customer product returns in a timely manner.

• Support cost-reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and product performance issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or an equivalent technical field); or

• Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role.

Technical Skills: Experience with measurement tools, testing equipment, and failure analysis techniques.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work on a rotating day/night shift schedule and perform overtime as operational needs require.
