DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE

• Manage export documentation processes to ensure compliance with all formalities and regulatory requirements

• Liaise with banks to handle Letters of Credit (LC) and other payment formats accurately and timely

• Oversee export documentation workflows to maintain accuracy and completeness for all shipments

• Coordinate container bookings and logistics operations to support export activities efficiently

• Communicate and collaborate with overseas suppliers to facilitate timely shipment and resolve export-related issues

• Apply expertise in export documentation to minimize delays and ensure smooth customs clearance

• Experienced shipping executive of 2 -3 years with Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/regional, shipping or liner industry

• Able to work independently, with multitasking abilities, and able to take work pressure.

• Good team player.
