Workshop Manager

Our client is a fast-growing automotive specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. We are looking for an experienced and driven Workshop Manager to lead the workshop operations and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians and support staff.
• Plan and schedule workshop jobs to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs, timelines, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate the ordering of parts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues when required.
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
