Contract Manager - LTA N102

Join the project team delivering one of Singapore's major underground infrastructure projects, the North-South Corridor Tunnel (LTA Contract N102). As a Contract Manager, you will lead and manage key contract and claims matters across the project, working closely with the Team Manager and Project Director, who will provide strategic direction and make final decisions on key Employer-facing and contractual matters.

What you'll do

• Review and manage variations, contract amendments, claims and EOT matters, including assessment of contractual entitlement and preparation of submissions.
• Manage and defend the JV's position against claims raised by subcontractors, working closely with QS, Planning, and Construction teams.
• Coordinate with the Planner and QS team to develop programme, cost and technical substantiation for claims and contractual submissions.
• Finalise contract terms and execute subcontract and supply agreements.
• Prepare and review formal contractual correspondence to the Employer, subcontractors and other interface contractors.
• Attend key meetings with the Employer, subcontractors and interface contractors, prepare minutes, and support the Team Manager and Project Director on contractual strategy and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Building Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in contract and claims management on civil or building projects.
• Prior experience on an LTA project, or another rail/underground infrastructure project (e.g. MRT lines, tunnelling works), is strongly preferred; working knowledge of LTA contract conditions and claim procedures is a plus.
• Strong experience in claims, variations, EOT and contractual correspondence.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.

Salary: SGD8,000–15,000/month, commensurate with experience and capability.
