Customer Service/ Sales support (Insurance Broking, Team support)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process documentation required for the issuance, placement, endorsement and renewal of insurance policies.
• Review policy documents to ensure information is complete and accurate before processing.
• Handle high-volume policy administration and documentation within the required timelines.
• Upload and maintain policy documents and related records in the company system.
• Ensure insurance records, policy documents and supporting information are properly maintained and updated.
• Perform checking and verification of policy information and follow up on any discrepancies where necessary.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the broking team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing of policy-related transactions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in any fields
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
