Requirements

• Diploma or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service, administration, finance and/or procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
• Good communication, organisational and multitasking skills
• School experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• ☎️ Manage reception and enquiries from parents, students, staff and vendors
• 🚌 Coordinate school bus bookings, mail and distribution of materials
• 💰 Verify invoices and supporting documents for payment
• 📋 Process procurement requests and related documents
• 📦 Manage stationery and office supplies
• 🩹 Provide basic first aid assistance to students
• 🤝 Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Working Hours

🕣 Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
Inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
