📋 Admin Operations Officer

💰 Salary: $2,500/month
📅 Contract: 1 year, with option to extend
📆 Period: Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7.00am–4.00pm (½-hour lunch)
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably Excel
• Customer service experience preferred
• First Aid training and primary school experience are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• 🏫 Manage reception and attend to students, parents and visitors
• 📄 Prepare, verify and maintain documents and records
• 🗂️ Handle filing and general administrative duties
• 🔎 Maintain lost-and-found records and tally records
• 🩹 Provide basic first aid assistance to students
• 🤝 Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
