Quality Assurance Specialist (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and SOP compliance reviews.

• Monitor quality KPIs, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone).

• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Support ISO 9001 quality management activities, customer audits, and compliance reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, audit processes, and SOP compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, WMS, or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
