Senior Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, design and develop collections aligned with brand direction, creative vision and market trends
• Develop concepts, colorways and design details from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely development and delivery
• Research market trends, materials and consumer insights to inform design direction
• Apply strong technical knowledge to enhance design quality and functionality
• Manage design timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
• Support wider creative and design-related projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a designer with a strong established portfolio
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design or a related discipline
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sketching and visual presentation skills
• Solid understanding of design, materials and development processes
• Commercially aware with strong understanding of market and consumer trends
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with a positive and creative mindset
