Recruitment

• Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, coordination with employment agencies, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding arrangements
• Prepared employment documentation such as letters of offer, onboarding checklists, employee personal files, and other HR-related documents
• Conducted onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company

Migrant Worker Dormitory Management

• Coordinated workers’ dormitory arrangements, including fee payments and room allocations based on project site requirements
• Managed documentation related to dormitory movements, including transfers, home leave, and repatriation matters
• Assisted in dormitory lease administration, including renewal tracking, lease termination, and rental negotiations

Staff & Workers’ Medical Support

• Managed PCP subscriptions for S Pass and Work Permit holders
• Coordinated Annual Health Screening (AHS) exercises, including clinic scheduling and payment arrangements for staff and workers

General Worker Administration

• Handled work permit applications, renewals, security bond purchases, medical examination arrangements, and dormitory allocation for workers
• Coordinated with project site administrators on required documentation and follow-up actions

Work Pass Administration

• Processed Employment Pass and S Pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM requirements

Staff Welfare & Employee Engagement

• Supported the planning and coordination of company events, employee wellness initiatives, vaccination exercises, team-building activities, career fairs, and year-end Dinner & Dance events
