Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to support the Chairman and drive key strategic growth initiatives across the firm. This role offers direct exposure to global venture capital operations, ecosystem expansion, and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Provide key strategic and operational support to the Chairman regarding his work, strategic initiatives, and external engagements.

• Ecosystem Growth: Strengthen and expand the firm's global ecosystem, fostering relationships with co-investors, founders, and industry partners.

• Portfolio Development: Help portfolio companies grow by identifying strategic partnership opportunities and expansion pathways.

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate new prospective investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategy.

• Confidentiality: Exercise the utmost diligence and discretion in protecting the confidentiality of the Chairman and the firm.

Job Requirements

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for international business engagements.

• Language Proficiency: Speaking French and Spanish is an advantage for interacting with international partners and global portfolio networks.

• Professional Competencies: Strong stakeholder management skills, sharp analytical abilities, and high attention to detail.
