Air Freight Officer (Import / 5 days / East / Training provided) [EL]

Working days: 830am - 6pm, 5 days including Sat (Sun off)

• Handle air import shipments from arrival to final delivery
• Coordinate cargo clearance, warehouse operations, and transport arrangements
• Work with ground handlers, customs, and service providers on daily operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and customs requirements
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues when needed
• Ensure cargo safety, security, and proper handling procedures are followed
• Support internal Customer Service team for smooth delivery execution
• Check vendor billing and track operational costs
• Assist in reporting incidents and operational issues
