Air Freight Import Officer (5 days / East / Training provided) [EL]

Working days: 830am - 6pm, 5 days including Sat (Sun off)

• Execute air import operations including cargo clearance, warehouse handling, and delivery coordination
• Coordinate with ground handlers, customs, and service providers on daily shipment activities
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and regulatory requirements
• Track and follow up on shipments from arrival to final delivery
• Manage vendors for clearance, warehousing, transport, and permit submissions
• Ensure cargo handling meets safety and security standards
• Support Customer Service team to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Verify and maintain records of vendor invoices and operational costs
• Assist in incident reporting and corrective action follow-up
