Clinic Assistant Trainee (Dental) – Start Your Healthcare Career

Switching careers or just starting out? If you are practical, caring and dependable, we will train you to become a skilled dental clinic assistant. Regular day hours from day one.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Get treatment rooms and instruments ready before patients arrive

• Assist chairside during a range of dental procedures

• Keep the clinic clean and sterile throughout the day

• Support inventory and general clinic readiness

What we're looking for

• N/O levels or equivalent; full training provided, no experience needed

• A team-first attitude and attention to detail

• Every treatment room has a stool, so procedures are done sitting down. Setup, turnover and sterilising are on your feet, around blood and saliva.

• Open to a rotating roster with one weekend day
