Warehouse Supervisor (Outbound / East / Shift work) [EL]

• Oversee daily operations to ensure customer expectations and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers regarding delivery orders and returns.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve warehouse operation issues.
• Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
• Organize and schedule daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
• Train employees on outbound processes in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment in line with 5S principles.
• Perform additional warehousing duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
