Quantity Surveyor (Precast) MNC

Precast Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale building projects involving precast construction methods. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in cost management, and contract administration, with proven experience in managing QS activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all precast-related quantity surveying duties for building projects.
• Prepare and review precast BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts related to precast works.
• Work closely with project teams, precast suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate measurement and cost control.
• Monitor and manage precast production schedules, delivery tracking, and site utilisation to avoid discrepancies and wastage.
• Conduct cost analysis, market rate benchmarking, and provide support on procurement of precast elements.
• Assist in contract administration, including preparation of contractual documentation, commercial reports, and progress summaries.
• Identify cost risks, propose mitigation measures, and support commercial negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QS roles, preferably with exposure to precast building projects.
• Proficient in measurement, cost control, contract administration, and handling of VO/claims.
