Head, Corporate Services

Are you an experienced corporate services leader who enjoys bringing together people, processes, systems and governance to help an organisation operate at its best?

Our client is an established Singapore-based social service organisation supporting individuals and families. They are looking for a Head, Corporate Services to join the leadership team and oversee the organisation’s key corporate support functions.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this is a broad leadership role with oversight across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, Grants, Client Services and Office Operations.

The Role

You will play an important part in strengthening the organisation’s foundations and enabling its services and people to operate effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, audits and statutory compliance
• Strengthening governance, policies, internal controls and organisational processes
• Overseeing HR, workforce planning and people-related matters
• Driving process improvement and digitalisation across the organisation
• Overseeing IT systems, cybersecurity and external technology partners
• Managing government grants, claims and funding compliance
• Overseeing office operations, procurement, facilities and business continuity
• Leading and developing the Corporate Services and Client Services teams
• Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team on organisational priorities

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, practical and comfortable moving between strategic and operational matters.

You should ideally bring:

• Around 8–10 years or more of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong financial management and governance capabilities
• Experience overseeing multiple corporate or support functions
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• An ability to improve systems, processes and ways of working
• Experience within the social service, charity or non-profit sector would be advantageous
