- Lead the organisation’s Talent Acquisition strategy, including critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Strengthen talent pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, partnerships and other attraction strategies
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, remuneration and hiring trends
- Drive improvements in recruitment practices, candidate experience and employer branding
- Contribute to broader HR strategy, transformation, policies and process improvement
- Use workforce data and insights to support management decision-making
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and progressively take on a broader HR portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong track record in HR Business Partnering, with meaningful hands-on Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience partnering and influencing senior business leaders
- Good exposure to workforce planning, talent strategy and broader HR initiatives
- Broad HR knowledge beyond recruitment, with the potential to take on wider functional leadership
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices
- Experience within healthcare, community care, social services or other manpower-intensive environments would be advantageous
- IHRP, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent accreditation would be an advantage
The Opportunity
This would suit an established HR professional who enjoys staying close to the business while thinking strategically about people and workforce challenges. You may currently be an experienced HRBP or HR leader looking for greater functional ownership and a pathway into a broader HR leadership role.
If you bring strong HRBP foundations, solid Talent Acquisition experience and are ready for the next step in your HR leadership journey, we would be keen to hear from you.
