Project Manager (M&E/Kitchen Equipment)

• Position : Project Manager (M&E/Kitchen Equipment)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Transport Allowance $700 + Mobile Claimable up to $100 + Variable Bonus + Up to 18 days annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage scope, schedule, resources, and issues.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues to prevent disruption.
• Conduct regular site inspections; ensure subcontractors work safely.
• Inspect equipment delivered to site; arrange inspections and manage documentation for project handover/completion.

Requirements:

• At least five years of M&E project experience, including responsibility for project schedules, site execution, subcontractors and project delivery.
• Proficient in MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Commercial kitchen equipment industry background is a strong advantage.
