• Own the internal control framework, ensuring rigorous segregation of duties, standard operating procedures, and independent bank and transaction reconciliations.

• Direct corporate tax compliance, regulatory filings, and tax incentive management while coordinating with external advisors and service partners.

• Oversee investment accounting processes, validating asset valuations across liquid securities, private funds, and direct holdings.

• Manage financial governance processes, supporting audit requirements and maintaining high standards of documentation discipline.

skills and experience required.

• Possess a recognized professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent credential.
• Extensive background in accounting and financial control within a family office, fund administrator, or wealth management environment.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional financial consolidations.
• Technical familiarity with local tax incentive frameworks, offshore structures, and investment accounting across fund and security types.
• High level of personal integrity, precision in documentation, and strong communication skills to articulate financial matters effectively.
