Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Support workplace safety initiatives, audits, emergency preparedness exercises, and compliance requirements.

• Manage building access administration for staff, contractors, and visitors.

• Coordinate vendors and contractors, monitor service delivery, and maintain operational records.

• Support office moves, renovation projects, procurement, and workplace logistics.

• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist with SOP updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, office operations, or administrative support.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
