In this role, you will drive regional performance and financial analysis across expanding international markets by leading comprehensive financial planning, annual budgeting, and operational forecasting to guide key commercial decisions. You will partner closely with regional business leads to deliver actionable financial insights, evaluate variance trends, and optimize product pricing strategies. Additionally, you will oversee month-end close activities, assess financial risks and reserves, and champion continuous process improvements to deliver operational targets.

skills and experience required

You should hold a recognized professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent. You possess minimally 6 years of financial planning and analysis experience and prior exposure to external audit firms is considered a distinct advantage. High proficiency in financial spreadsheet modeling is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management abilities, analytical acumen, and the capability to work independently across cross-functional teams are key to succeeding in this role. You will be a self starter and thrive working in a lean and fast-paced set up.
