Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - 12 months contract - up to SGD9k

Responsibilities

• Consult closely with functional leaders to diagnose talent requirements, refine profile specs, and guide key talent decisions.

• Conduct direct-search headhunting and structured market mapping for specialized technical and corporate capabilities using advanced boolean and platform tools.

• Leverage hiring metrics, regional talent density signals, and market trends to calibrate candidate profiles and optimize search tactics.

• Utilize Generative AI and modern recruiting tools to accelerate market research, optimize candidate scoring, and improve operational output.

• Maintain high candidate selection standards while contributing to employer branding, talent pipeline hygiene, and university outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 7 years of full-lifecycle in-house talent acquisition experience within fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or enterprise environments.

• Mastery of direct-search methodologies, structural talent mapping, and proactive headhunting across regional markets.

• Demonstrated track record advising senior executives and influencing complex hiring decisions.

• Practical experience leveraging recruiting CRM databases alongside AI productivity tools to elevate search strategies.

• Familiarity with Southeast Asian talent landscapes (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) and dynamic market conditions.
