Job Summary

Support the dealing team by managing client orders, processing trade instructions, maintaining records, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter client orders promptly and accurately to facilitate timely trade execution
• Process trade instructions and manage all related documentation to ensure transaction completeness
• Provide administrative support to the dealing team by managing emails, phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat messages, and updating client accounts
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and issues, maintaining professional relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates to support audit and compliance requirements
• Ensure all tasks comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields
• Completion of CMFAS papers as required for regulatory compliance
• Able to utilize MS Office tools proficiently to prepare reports and manage data
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all transaction and record-keeping activities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve operational goals
• Interest in financial markets and investment products
• Prior experience in stockbroking backroom operations will be an advantage
