Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, adaptable, and commercially minded Management Trainee to support business operations, strategic projects, and growth initiatives in electrical switchboards and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management by executing business operations, strategic projects, and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
• Apply knowledge of electrical switchboards and sustainable industry solutions to contribute to business development
• Coordinate project activities including costing, procurement, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Assist sales and business development teams by preparing quotations, managing tenders, and engaging with customers to drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives across social media, website content, corporate materials, and campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and emerging sustainable technologies for strategic advantage
• Prepare detailed management reports, presentations, market analyses, and business proposals to support decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, consultants, and external partners to ensure project alignment and success
• Take ownership of assigned projects and business improvement initiatives, driving progress and delivering measurable outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create presentations
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project support and reporting
• Interest in electrical, engineering, sustainable, and renewable industries to align with company focus
• Creativity and comfort with digital marketing and social media platforms to support marketing initiatives
• Proactive, resourceful attitude with willingness to learn across multiple business functions
• Willingness to travel to project sites, factories, and customer locations as required to support operations
