Manager, Strategic Business Development (M&A) – Healthcare Conglomerate

A leading healthcare conglomerate is seeking Manager, Strategic Business Development (M&A) professionals to support investment evaluation, corporate development, and portfolio strategy initiatives across the region. This role offers exposure to M&A transactions, strategic planning, investment analysis, and regional stakeholder management within a dynamic healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities across the region
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, commercial, tax, and regulatory workstreams
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment assessments
• Support transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, and approval materials
• Review transaction and legal documentation together with internal and external advisors
• Participate in negotiations with counterparties, partners, and advisors
• Support strategic planning and portfolio management initiatives across the group
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic projects and business initiatives
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and investment opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategic investments, transaction advisory, or related fields
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Experience managing stakeholders across regional or cross-functional environments
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
