Join a dedicated team to oversee complete payroll operations, ensuring accurate, smooth, and timely compensation processing across a large workforce.

• Manage full-cycle compensation disbursements, including allowances, claims, unpaid leave, and variable earnings.

• Complete statutory contributions, annual tax filings, tax clearance procedures, and government claim submissions.

• Prepare monthly ledger journals, financial accruals, cost center allocations, and payroll reconciliation statements.

• Generate and distribute electronic pay slips while addressing team inquiries regarding compensation details.

• Support ongoing organizational initiatives to refine and enhance operational payroll workflows.

skills and experience required

• Educational background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Experience in end-to-end operational processing for sizeable headcounts, or a relevant business/HR background with a strong commitment to establishing a specialized career in compensation operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in utilizing data functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and effective interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to support operational requirements during peak monthly processing cycles.
