CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Medical Equipment Trading

Lead the growth of a new international medical equipment trading company, building its commercial team and operations across Asia and Europe.

We are a start-up specialising in the trading of medical equipment sourced from China.We are seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s operations, establish a strong market presence, and drive sustainable international growth.

· Provide strategic and operational leadership for the business.

· Develop and execute the company’s market-entry, sales, and growth strategy.

· Build trusted relationships with manufacturers, distributors, healthcare providers, and business partners.

· Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.

· Oversee commercial performance and ensure disciplined day-to-day operations.

· Represent the company across key markets in Asia and Europe.

· At least 10 years of experience in the medical equipment industry.

· At least 10 years of international experience leading or managing a medical equipment company.

· Strong business leadership, commercial judgement, and execution capabilities.

· Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a marketing and sales team.

· Ability to communicate effectively in Mainland and English.

· Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Asia and Europe.

SALARY

$15,000 per month

WORKING HOURS

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
