OTC Middle Office Analyst

We are seeking an experienced OTC Middle Office Analyst to support :
1) Trade processing and lifecycle management of OTC derivatives, including performance swaps used in synthetic ETFs.
2) Reconciliation, monitoring and control frameworks for clients’ assets.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Processing:
- Process OTC derivative trades from execution through confirmation and settlement.
- Perform daily matching/pre-matching (cash, balances, confirmations, and SSIs) and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
- Ensure accurate trade capture, booking, matching, and confirmation of derivative trades.
- Monitor trades throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Oversee cash flows, coupons and corporate actions related to swaps and associated events.
- Track and manage lifecycle events: initiation, roll, unwind, nominal increase, etc.
- Coordinate settlement instructions, manage pending issues and resolve settlement-related anomalies, including cash discrepancies and settlement issues.
- Handle collateral management and margin activities with counterparties.
- Validate operations and models in internal tools including data quality, controls, etc.
- Investigate and escalate trade breaks, static data issues, and trade discrepancies where needed.
- Follow up on incidents, contribute to their resolution and propose process improvements (reduction of breaks).
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all processed trades.
- Support regulatory filings.
- Products covered : IRS, asset swap, caps & floors, inflation swaps, swaptions, CC swaps and swap ETFs.
Portfolio Admin & Reporting:
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations in ALTO covering cash, securities, OTC derivative trades, positions and cashflows against custodian records.
- Perform daily reconciliation between the futures clearer and ALTO and instruct margin movements.
- Perform account reconciliations with Fund Accountant on a daily and monthly basis.
- Follow up with custodians and the Fund Accountant on outstanding matters through to resolution.
- Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update KPIs and middle office procedures/workflows.
- Manage process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support regulatory filings.
- Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections.
- Project management.
