Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to managers, business units and employees.
Support recruitment activities, including phone screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding.
Coordinate staff engagement, wellness and welfare activities, including staff surveys and follow-up actions.
Support learning and development activities, including training coordination, logistics and records management.
Support HR and administrative process improvement, digitalisation and the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Provide office and employee administrative support, including staff letters, season parking, fire drills, pantry matters, staff announcements, travel requests and relocation.
Support MOM matters, work pass administration, honorarium fees, invoices and other employee-related administrative processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, and support HR reporting and compliance requirements.
Assist with HR policies, procedures, projects and other initiatives as required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely follow-up and completion of HR and administrative matters.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
Good to Have
Practical experience in HR operations and administration, recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement and wellness.
Exposure to MOM/work pass administration, HRIS and HR reporting.
Experience in process improvement, digitalisation, AI tools or process automation.
Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and labour regulations.
Good organisational, coordination and communication skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Job Specification
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administration or a similar role.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with managers, employees and external parties.
Open to ideas, creative, resilient, adaptable to changes, positive and proactive working attitude
Strong coordination and time-management skills, with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation or digital solutions, with an interest in applying technology to improve work processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HRIS and digital tools.
Knowledge of labour law compliance issues and practices.
Team player and able to function independently
Service-oriented and committed to providing timely and effective support to managers and employees.
Able to handle sensitive employee and organisational information with discretion and professionalism.
Relevant Certifications in HR field is advantage.
