English Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging A-Level lessons aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum.

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments to support student learning.

• Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.

• Prepare students for internal examinations and Cambridge A-Level examinations.

• Foster a positive, inclusive and student-centred learning environment.

• Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to students.

• Participate in curriculum development, school events, parent meetings and professional development activities.

• Perform other teaching-related duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject or a related discipline. A postgraduate teaching qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in A-Level, IGCSE, IB, JC, or equivalent international curriculum.

• Strong knowledge of Cambridge A-Level syllabus and examination requirements is preferred.

• Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about teaching with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

• Proficient in English. (Preferrable bilingual English and Chinese)
