Assistant Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

A well-established bank is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its corporate banking team across client servicing, documentation, and business development.

The Role

• Support relationship managers with KYC, marketing materials, reports, and client meeting coordination
• Track and monitor client transactions; prepare loan and administrative documentation in line with regulatory requirements
• Support new business development such as client onboarding, business calls, site visits, and tracking pipeline progress
• Conduct ongoing KYC monitoring and screening per internal policy and regulation
• Prepare periodic reports in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Support clients with internet banking setup, activation, and troubleshooting, liaising with Operations/IT and Head Office as needed
• Act as a client point of contact for day-to-day banking needs
• Liaise across departments and Head Office to support smooth processes

What You'll Need

• University degree with at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in banking
• Exposure to transaction banking such as liquidity/cash management and trade finance
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure to deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills; proficient in MS Office
