HR Executive, Training & Development - Retail MNC/East/S$3500

A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a proactive HR Executive specialising in Training & Development to support learning initiatives across its frontline and corporate teams. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on training facilitation, in-store coaching, and L&D operations within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for retail frontline staff and corporate new hires.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce corporate grooming standards.
• Conduct regular in-store coaching across Changi Airport to strengthen service and operational standards.
• Manage airport-specific training programmes, learning portals, and training registrations.
• Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance.
• Review and improve L&D processes and SOPs, including training-related administration and payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and track participation and effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably within retail, F&B, travel retail, or a high-touch service environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with SkillsFuture Singapore or WSG training grants is an advantage.
