About this job
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers for movements of cargo
- Receive delivery orders & storing instructions from customers
- Perform entries in WMS and SAP
- Liaise with forwarder for vessel schedule
- Process all picking instruction and release to operation
- Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes
- Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements
- Arrange for fumigations and Inspection
- Generate stuffing report
- Send weekly / monthly reports to customers
- Assign relevant charges in WMS
- Any other task assign by the Manager
- Know SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Willing to work overtime (if required)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
