Product Manager [CCP for ICT Professionals (Data and AI)]

Job Summary

DATAYOO APPLICATION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Product Manager – SpectraEye to drive the development, validation, and commercialisation of an AI-powered Earth Observation product. This role connects customer needs with product strategy and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of SpectraEye’s product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization by translating market, customer, and technology insights into actionable product requirements
• Conduct customer discovery and user research to identify priority segments, use cases, and pain points, converting findings into detailed product specifications
• Collaborate with AI, data science, GIS/remote-sensing, and software teams to develop a practical understanding of AI, Earth Observation, satellite, and spectral data for product development
• Define testing and validation protocols; support ground-truth data collection and model validation; analyze product accuracy, performance, and customer feedback to recommend improvements
• Perform market and competitor research across Earth Observation, satellite data, AI analytics, agriculture, sustainability, and geospatial sectors to identify new use cases and product opportunities
• Assist in product positioning, value proposition development, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies; support customer pilots, demonstrations, launches, and ecosystem partnerships
• Define and monitor product KPIs to track adoption, usage, feature performance, and customer feedback, enabling data-driven product decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and timelines with commercial, product, and technical teams across Southeast Asia and Taiwan

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product, technology-related, or commercial roles, preferably with enterprise technology and data-driven solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through collaboration across technical and business teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in AI, data analytics, Earth Observation, satellite technology, geospatial/GIS, or related technology sectors
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and experience working with regional customers and partners
• Demonstrated passion for translating customer requirements into technology and product opportunities
• Interest in developing technical capabilities in AI, data analytics, and product management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
