Job Summary

Apply your architectural expertise to ensure design compliance, prepare detailed drawings, and support project approvals. Collaborate with architects and use design software to deliver creative, functional solutions independently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure architectural designs comply with local building codes and regulations throughout project development
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation to support project submissions and approvals
• Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and technical details
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, V-Ray, and Enscape to produce accurate and visually compelling architectural plans
• Manage submission requirements and processes to secure timely project approvals
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision
• Deliver creative and functional architectural solutions by applying strong design skills

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Possess 3 to 6 years of practical experience as an Architectural Designer
• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
• Manage assigned work effectively according to project requirements and timelines.

• Experience in interior design is an advantage
