Service Technician – Medical & Laboratory Equipment

Medical and Laboratory Equipment supplier is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair medical and laboratory equipment for our clients. You'll be the hands-on expert ensuring our customers' critical equipment stays reliable and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory and medical devices at customer sites
• Diagnose equipment issues and provide timely, effective solutions
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain equipment documentation
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and regulatory/safety standards
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and test equipment

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience servicing medical or laboratory equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills
• Valid driver's license is preferred and willingness to travel to client sites

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

  Ability to lift equipment and work in clinical/lab environments
