Job Summary

Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Retail Sales Executive to promote fine jewellery sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support retail operations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain fine jewellery features to customers to promote sales and achieve targets
• Provide attentive customer service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately to ensure smooth retail operations
• Adapt to a five-day work week with flexible shifts to support business needs
• Pursue career progression opportunities by demonstrating commitment and drive in retail sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain a positive attitude to embrace training and development opportunities
• Use effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales
• Communicate proficiently in English and an additional language to serve a multilingual customer base
• No prior experience required

• Working hours 10am-930pm (Mon-Sat) / 10am-10pm (Sun & PH)

Salary

• $2800-$3600 before commission and bonus
