BEGINNER CHINESE LANGUAGE CHILDCARE TEACHER

Job Summary

As a childcare teacher, you will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons using diverse teaching methods to enhance children’s development. You will evaluate children’s progress, communicate regularly with the principal, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop age-appropriate lessons and teaching materials tailored to children’s developmental stages
• Apply diverse teaching methods such as storytelling, media, games, music, and arts and crafts to enhance children’s abilities
• Assess children’s performance regularly and communicate progress updates to the principal
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate teaching activities and share best practices
• Organize and manage classroom activities with diligence and creativity to maintain an engaging learning environment
• Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and genuine care to support children’s emotional and educational needs
• Work effectively as part of a team to contribute to a positive and inclusive childcare setting
• Communicate clearly and manage time efficiently to meet teaching and administrative responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess requisite qualifications in early childhood education as per ECDA standards
