SENIOR HR GENERALIST (US MNC/EAST)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to partner with business leaders at a manufacturing site, delivering HR operational excellence and consistent employee experience across the employee lifecycle and corporate HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle by executing onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee documentation to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide timely, clear responses to HR-related enquiries to support employee satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and policy interpretation, to maintain a fair and compliant workplace
• Support and implement annual corporate HR processes such as performance calibration, employee engagement initiatives, talent management, learning programs, and compensation cycles to drive organizational growth
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes by reviewing workflows and supporting Lean or process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with managers to facilitate workforce planning, talent development, and improve organizational effectiveness aligned with business goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience handling employee relations and leading HR program implementation or process improvement initiatives
