Sales & Customer Experience Executive

LVL Music Academy is looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven person to join our team.

This is a sales-focused role. Your main responsibility is to speak with prospective students, parents and retail customers, understand their needs, recommend the right lesson, instrument or service, follow up consistently and close the sale.

When the centre is quieter, you will also support customer service and day-to-day centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into trial lessons, enrolments and product sales.
• Recommend suitable lessons, instruments, accessories, rentals and services.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Work towards individual and centre sales targets.
• Support registrations, scheduling, customer records and general centre operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sales ability and confidence in closing deals.
• Able to explain value clearly and make suitable recommendations.
• Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable working towards targets.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work weekends.
• Sales, retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Music knowledge is helpful, but training will be provided.

Compensation

• Basic monthly salary: S$3,000
• Additional sales commission on top of basic salary
• Performance incentives based on individual and centre results

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, recommending the right solution and turning enquiries into sales.
