Assistant Centre Executive

LVL Music Academy is looking for an organised, responsible and customer-focused assistant to support the daily operations of our music academy.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager, teachers and management team to assist with customer enquiries, student registrations, lesson coordination, sales support and general centre administration.

Working Hours

• Monday and Thursday off
• Tuesday 4pm-8pm
• Wed 4pm-8pm
• Friday 10:45am to 8pm (one hour lunch break)
• Sat 11am-7pm (one hour lunch break)
• Sunday 11am-7pm (one hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email and walk-ins.

• Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.

• Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.

• Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.

• Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.

• Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.

• Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.

• Assist with classroom preparation and the daily organisation of the academy.

• Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.

• Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Confident communicating with customers, parents and children.

• Responsible, organised and able to follow up on assigned tasks.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and basic digital systems.

• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.

• Able to work on weekends
