About this job
We're looking for a MuleSoft Developer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions using the Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong API-led connectivity experience and familiarity with MuleSoft's growing AI capabilities, helping us build smarter, more automated integration workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager)
- Build and maintain RESTful/SOAP APIs following API-led connectivity best practices
- Implement MuleSoft AI capabilities such as the MuleSoft AI Chain (MAC) project, Einstein AI integrations, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to automate workflows and enhance data processing
- Leverage Anypoint Code Builder (including AI-assisted development features) to accelerate integration development
- Integrate MuleSoft flows with LLM-based services for use cases like intelligent routing, document extraction, summarization, and conversational interfaces
- Manage API lifecycle including design, security policies, versioning, and deployment (CloudHub, RTF, on-prem)
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards (OAuth2, TLS, API policies)
- Write technical documentation and maintain integration runbooks
Profile
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Strong knowledge of DataWeave, RAML/OAS, connectors, and error handling strategies
- Experience with API Manager, CloudHub/Runtime Fabric deployments, and Anypoint MQ
- Familiarity with MuleSoft's AI tooling (MAC, Einstein for MuleSoft, IDP, or Anypoint Code Builder AI features) is a strong plus
- Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) for Mule deployments
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification is must
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams
- Experience integrating MuleSoft with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) for AI-powered automation
- Exposure to vector databases or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns within integration pipelines
- Prior experience in Salesforce ecosystem integrations is added advantage
