IT & Digital Communication Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Communication & AI Intern to support internal digital communication initiatives, content creation, AI-related topics, and presentation development. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or final-year student who is passionate about technology, business communication, and digital transformation.

The intern will work closely with business and project teams, contributing to internal communication campaigns, AI awareness initiatives, and executive presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal digital communication activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and manage digital content, including newsletters, articles, announcements, and communication materials.
• Assist in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for management and business stakeholders.
• Research AI trends, tools, and use cases, and help develop awareness and training materials.
• Support IT and business teams in organizing training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging business content.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal communication and digital adoption across the organization.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or other relevant discipline
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good digital content creation capabilities.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and digital transformation.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or GenAI technologies.
• Experience creating communication materials, social media content, newsletters, or presentations.
• Exposure to business projects, digital initiatives, or technology-related activities.
