Support Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

What You’ll Do

• Support customers using Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and Power Platform

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes

• Guide users on system functions, configurations, and best practices

• Manage support tickets and communicate progress clearly

• Test enhancements, document solutions, and support deployments

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with any accounting systems, or business applications, Dynamics 365 will be a major plus

• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills

• Basic understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, or operations

• Willingness to learn Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions

• Responsible, organised, and comfortable working directly with customers
