LOAN OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Use English language skills to communicate clearly with team members and customers during daily tasks
• Apply mathematics skills to perform calculations and manage data accurately in work processes
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Office to complete assigned tasks and support team operations
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work requirements
• Use interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• Apply conflict resolution techniques to diffuse disagreements and maintain a harmonious work environment

Working Hours

• Weekdays shift options: 10 AM to 4 PM or 3 PM to 9 PM
• Weekends shift: 10 AM to 4 PM

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to speak at least one additional language to support communication in a diverse workplace

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum education level: Business Diploma or equivalent. Passes in English and Mathematics for O level.
