About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Developer to build and improve internal systems that support AKC’s operations, sales, and data workflows.

This role focuses on automation, internal tools, and real business applications of tech — from streamlining manual processes to building systems that support lead generation, reporting, and decision-making.

If you enjoy solving real problems and building tools that people actually use, this role will give you strong ownership and exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop internal tools to improve business workflows
• Build automation scripts to reduce manual processes
• Work on data collection systems (e.g. web scraping, structured data pipelines)
• Develop simple dashboards or reporting tools for internal use
• Integrate APIs and external tools into existing workflows
• Maintain, debug, and improve existing systems
• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into technical solutions
• Document systems and ensure maintainability

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundation in programming (Python or similar)
• Ability to think logically and solve problems independently
• Comfortable working on practical, business-focused projects
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different tools and systems
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
